📦 30-day returns
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with its tags and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Before sending an item back, contact us at 📧 contact@guardty.com to get a return authorization. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a prior return request cannot be accepted.
The 30-day return guarantee applies only to purchases made on our official website.
⚖️ Legal right to cancel (UK and EU customers)
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason and without penalty.
To cancel, simply send us a clear statement at contact@guardty.com before the deadline. You can use the model cancellation form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to. Once you have told us you are cancelling, you must send the goods back within 14 days.
Our voluntary 30-day return policy is in addition to this legal right and does not affect it in any way.
⚠️ Damaged or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can look into the problem and fix it.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods under the consumer laws of your country.
🚫 Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- perishable goods or goods that expire quickly (for example food, flowers or plants);
- custom-made or clearly personalized items;
- sealed hygiene or personal care products that have been unsealed after delivery;
- digital content, such as e-books and digital guides;
- gift cards.
We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any doubt about your item, contact us before sending it back.
🔄 Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new, separate order.
💰 Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If it is approved, we will refund you within 14 days to the payment method used for the purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back. If you cancel within the legal 14-day period, we will also refund the original standard shipping cost. Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the return is due to our mistake or to a faulty product.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take extra time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at contact@guardty.com.
🛃 Customs and international returns
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes paid on delivery are non-refundable. Return shipping costs from outside the country of origin are paid by the customer.
